The day was a whirlwind of great memories, and I think these pictures perfectly capture the spirit we were intending. Thank you so kindly for your contribution to our special day. It means more to us than we can ever express.

Annie was wonderful working with my coordinator, I had not one worry on the day of. Despite a 6 month drought leading up to our April 2009 wedding, that weekend happened to have massive thunderstorms roll in. I desperately wanted to get married outside and didn't want a tent. Georgia and Annie both held my hand through a whole gut wrenching weekend of rain, coming up with multiple back up plans to make it all happen (in the end the skies parted, the sun shone, and we had a beautiful evening).
I was also fixated on having very long, family style tables for a seated dinner. Although this had never been done before at H12 for the number of people we needed, Annie and Georgia worked with tape measures until they figured out a way to do it. I loved it, it was just what I had imagined for the day. If I drove Annie crazy with this, she never let me know, lol.
We were very pleased with the food, got many compliments from our guests. My Mom had a vegetarian portobello mushroom entree and is still trying to figure out how to duplicate it at home. The staff were all great too, particularly the bartenders.
In summation, I can highly recommend Hamilton Twelve! Along with all our other wonderful vendors, I could not have asked for a more perfect day.

Krause Rehearsal Dinner
With the exception of the temperature, I don't think the rehearsal dinner could have been more perfect! Everyone that had been there Thursday night kept commenting at the wedding how special the night had been. The comments always included how fabulous the food was and how beautiful the setting was. On Saturday, when all was said and done, my family and I were all wishing we had a stacked polenta with short rib and a carmelized onion tartlet! Your staff was very attentive and professional. You were like the lady of the villa that had invited all of us lucky ones into your home for a wonderful dinner. I can not thank you enough for helping me bring my vision to fruition after all of these months!
Once again, thank you, and I hope to see you at some of our local restaurants we frequent!
Warm regards,
Jennie
The food was incredible
I would like to say that exhaustion has worn off, but it hasn't entirely. So I'll keep it short and sweet. When you book your wedding at the Hamilton Twelve, you get a "day of" event planner included in the cost of the rental. THAT IS HUGE.
The venue itself is beautiful, but if you have a specific color and decor theme and your heart is set on it, it had better have something to do with rich, deep reds with a little cream and gold thrown in. Otherwise you're going to be SOL. Fortunately, this was the first vendor we chose, so we were able to plan our theme around what was already there and ended up saving a bundle in the process. The bridal suite has a huge bathroom and plenty of mirrors for all the ladies to get ready before the ceremony. The groom and his guys get their own bungalow off the side of the courtyard, so you can both get ready on-site with little or no chance of accidentally bumping into each other.
The food was incredible, and we had fun choosing from the extensive menu during the planning process. The staff was polite and helpful. In fact, I should just say that I was pleased with every little thing except one: nobody thought to get my husband and I a sample of the appetizer we so painstakingly selected from the aforementioned menu. By the time we were done with our (actually very brief) posed photo shoot, those little blue cheese beef tenderloin crostinis were looooooong gone, and I had to spend a good two to three minutes of my wedding day being surly. If it hadn't been for that, I'd have given them five stars easy. All in all it's a great choice. Just make sure to make a mad dash on your way back down the aisle and nab yourself a passed appetizer before your drunk Uncle Ted fills a plate with them.

Jessica And Conors Wedding At Hamilton Twelve
e had a very emotional bride at our last wedding, and she was too cute! She cried a little during the ceremony and during the toast, and it was so beautiful. You could feel the excitement and joy. Her dress was very beautiful and elegant, too. They were a young couple and it was exciting to see them starting out their lives together for the first time.
The day started off at Jackson Ruiz Salon where we photographed the ladies getting their hair and makeup done (it’s a service that I think we are going to start including in our packages as an a la carte item). I then took a break to catch up on all of the latest college football scores and got something to eat. Even though I went to LSU and I am a big LSU fan, it was great to hear that UT beat Nebraska in the final moments.
We then headed on over to St Catherine’s of Siena Catholic Church for t
he ceremony. Some things were running behind, so I was able to talk with the bride’s dad for a few minutes. He informed me that the bride graduated TOP of her class at UT a couple of years back! Wow - you go girl!
Well, the ceremony was nice, except Dad was so nervous that he forgot to kiss his daughter away when he gave her to the groom. No worry, we got some Dad’s kisses later.
We then headed off to the reception at Hamilton 12 for an outside nighttime reception and the weather was slightly cool and brisk and no rain! We had a blast there, too. I’ve never seen a reception where so many elderly people threw down (I’m trying to be politically correct here)! It was a lot of fun and people partied late.
town, but I believe now that Hamilton 12 has this place beat in the ‘yummy’ factor. I’m not sure about the costs, though, so you will have to figure that out.Click here to go to Hamilton Twelve web site

Barbara's Brides At Hamilton Twelve
Monique and Mark had a great plan for how they saw their wedding coming together. She had great talent for Do It Yourself projects. She added great touches like her candy table, petit four cake tower, sand ceremony and a kids room with pizza. The weather has been very unpredictable this year in Austin, but the weather was perfect on their wedding day.

Kyogen: Wild Speech!:Our wedding at Hamilton Twelve
I had a pretty silly "bachelor" party, with my aunt and my mom attending... 8-) we just went downtown to 6th street for a few mexican martinis... it was fun. Played pool, mom got wild, it was a good (if tame) time.
The rehersal and rehersal dinner was nice, just the basics with family meeting each other for the first time, catching up and generally having a good time. We had the rehersal dinner at one of our favorite places, and the place where Marcela and I had our first date, NXNW. Thanks much to them.
The wedding was great, a masterpiece of organization by the staff of HamiltonTwelve, Lissa, and especially by Marcela. Parts were beautiful, parts were touching and there were lots of silly and fun times. We danced our asses off with the Argentines setting the pace, they never seem to run out of energy!!! My brother and I even got thrown into the "decorative" swimming pool... it was freeeeezing! It took me a while to defrost before I could perform my "husbandly" duties that night... 8-)
The honeymoon in Kauai, Hawai'i was a welcome rest... I'll post some notes on that soon.
Pix and more soon!
Charlie
Thanks for helping us pull off our vision

I just wanted to say thanks for all of your help throughout our planning process and especially for everything last night. Alan and I and everyone had such a wonderful time - loved the food, the venue and everything else (including the weather). Many people said it was the most fun they'd ever had at a wedding so thanks for helping us pull off our vision.

Couldn't have been better

I had my wedding at the Hamilton Twelve about 10 days ago. And it couldn't have been better. Georgia should be very proud of herself for having such a wonderful establishment. The food, service, ambiance and location will leave us with lasting memories. I have no complaints only positives. If you are looking to have a small wedding that is mostly outside, with beautiful scenery, great food, and fun check it out. I was planning from out of town and it was the perfect place to do that.

Jeni and Jay - We immediaterly fell in love with Hamilton Twelve
Jay and I decided to get married in Austin because we both love the city so much and hope to move down there soon. Because we live in Dallas we were only able to do our initial research online. I looked online at a few websites for locations and we looked at a few places based on word-of-mouth from friends. I happened upon Hamilton Twelve on one of the many websites I was looking through and when I read that Georgia Coleman owned it and that she was the previous owner of Mars Restaurant, I knew we had to check it out. Another benefit of attending the Open House was that we were able to try Georgia's food. That really helped us when we were trying to plan our menu. The food is so unique and not like your typical "wedding food"...you know, the typical pasta station, carving station, veggies, fruit and cheese. We wanted something unique and Georgia provided that and so much more for our wedding. We loved every single bite (and so did our guests)! Jay and I wanted an outdoor wedding and the setup at H12 was perfect. Plus, H12 has a Tuscan feel to it and we went to Italy for our honeymoon so it just fit. Once we decided on H12, we met with Annie and discussed the details. She was so wonderful. She really listened to what we wanted and showed us how she could make it happen and not exceed the budget (a very important part of planning). We cannot say enough wonderful things about Georgia, Annie and the entire staff at Hamilton Twelve. We have already been in touch with two other couples planning their weddings there and we are happy to tell everyone about what a wonderful place it is. Georgia, Annie and their team have also compiled a list of wonderful vendors to choose from for everything from linens to the DJ. Everyone at H12 came together and made our wedding day exactly what we hoped for. We cannot thank them enough! Thank you, Jeni and Jay Happily married at Hamilton Twelve, May 2008

Wonderful Time
We are actually waiting for the kids to get back in school and will leave for our honeymoon next week. We had a wonderful time at our wedding. Everything ran very smoothly. My feedback would be: 1. Staff was very friendly and easy to work with - every person I spoke to was helpful. Annie has a great attitude and the bartender and head man in the kitchen were both very nice to us. 2. The food was excellent. 3. I appreciate your willingness to help me stay within my budget and not try to get me to spend more than I wanted to. Thank Annie for her extra effort in locating Brent's glasses. They fell behind a chair. All in all, a great night for us. Thank you.
